Kittery undecided on how to proceed with Grinnell complaints

KITTERY, Maine – Following a special Town Council meeting on Thursday, the council will now have to decide to move forward with the charges alleged against Planning Board Chairperson Ann Grinnell.

The council held a meeting in executive session to discuss the contents of a report submitted by council Vice Chairman Charles Denault, alleging possible town charter violations on the part of Grinnell for attempting to improperly influence local businesses and charities.

“The matter in executive session is unresolved and the town administration will be contacting appropriate parties,” said Town Council Chairperson Gary Beers.
