Kittery Fire Chief David O’Brien will talk about how changes in building construction and lifestyles influenced firefighting techniques. The presentation includes discussion on modern firefighting processes and how improvements in technology have assisted firefighters and demonstrations of cutting edge technology.

Chief O’Brien is a certified Level III Fire Chief who instructs firefighters in building constructions, fire theory. fire attack principles and other firefighting subjects.
