(110216-5) The Kittery Town Council moves to accept a donation in the amount of $80.00 from Kenneth M. Bonnell for the Thresher Memorial Fund to be deposited in account #5007-43600Thresher Memorial Fund.

  1. (110216-7) The Kittery Town Council moves to approve an application from First serve Hospitality Group, c/o David Ballu, Attorney, 408 US Route 1, 2nd Floor, York, Maine for a Malt, Spirituous and Vinus Liquor License for Robert’s Maine Grill, 326 US Route 1.
  2. (110216-8) The Kittery Town Council moves to appoint a representative to meet with a member of the Open Space Advisory Committee to interview Dana Kimball for his appointment to that board.
  3. (110216-9) The Kittery Town Council moves to appoint a representative to meet with the Chair of the Shellfish Conservation Committee to interview Daniel M. O’Reilly for his re-appointment to that board until 12/31/19.
