KITTERY, Maine — The Town Council appears now to be a three-way race for two seats.
The latest information from the town clerk shows former Town Councilor Jeff Pelletier took out nomination papers on Wednesday to run for council again. He joins incumbents Chuck Denault and Russell White who have also taken out nomination papers.
