Alhassane Camara
KITTERY, Maine — A New Hampshire man accused of sexually assaulting a woman in Kittery after offering her a ride has waived extradition from Florida where he was located and arrested last month.
Kittery Police Chief James Soucy said that Alhassane Camara, 44, who has a previous address in Rollinsford, New Hampshire, will be on his way back to Maine but was unsure when. He referred questions to the York County District Attorney’s office, which is now in charge of the case. A call placed Tuesday afternoon to the prosecutor handling the case was not returned prior to deadline.
