KITTERY, Maine — The Town Council will meet Monday night with the interim town manager for a workshop to discuss sewer betterment assessments.
The agenda for the 6 p.m. meeting in Town Hall has two items. Council Chairman Gary Beers told the board at its regular meeting last Monday the workshop is to give interim Town Manger Carol Granfield direction on particular items related to the council’s May directive for her to create a plan to reduce the estimated sewer betterment costs that affected properties owners received in January.
