KITTERY, Maine — The Town Council on Monday will hold a hearing on the renewal application for the viewing booths at an adult sex shop on Route 236.
Capital Video Corporation is seeking to renew eight viewing booths at the shop called Amazing, located nearby the Eliot town line. The council last year initially denied the license renewal by a 3 to 3 vote. However, the license was renewed unanimously two weeks later by the council after the town was in contact with lawyers at Capital Video.
