KITTERY, Maine — The Kittery Port Authority will hold a public hearing on Thursday that was postponed last month on proposed changes to current fee schedules relating to the town’s marine facilities.
The proposed changes would create two tiers of fees: one for industrial commercial use of the facility, and the other for non-resident use of the facility. Current resident mooring and commercial mooring holders in good standing would be exempt from the proposed fee changes, according to the proposed fee schedule.
