KITTERY, Maine — Kittery school teachers may soon be granted what other full-time town employees receive as part of their employment: free passes to Fort Foster.
The challenge may be how to do it legally.
Councilor Chuck Denault brought the subject of providing free passes to Kittery School District teachers, noting that they are employees of the town. While the councilors seemed to agree with the sentiment, councilors Jeff Thomson and Frank Dennett objected to the manner of how to provide the passes.
