Kittery approves subdivision sketch plan

KITTERY, Maine — The Planning Board approved an early stage of a 20-lot subdivision development near the York town line at Thursday’s meeting.

The Planning Board approved the sketch plan of a 20-lot, single family subdivision to be developed off Betty Welch Road. The sketch plan is an early stage of the approval process, with a site walk and public hearing, as well as more plan approvals, still unscheduled.
