The Kittery Town Council voted unanimously tonight to offer complementary season passes for Fort Foster Park to J-1 Visa students living in Kittery for the summer. 

Proof of J-1 Visa status will be required. These students usually have bicycles and it is a long bike ride to the Fort so attendance may be minimal, but the offer is there for this summer.

The J-1 coalition is still looking for housing for students who will begin to arrive shortly. Those who have apartments to rent are encourage to at least see if these students would be good tenants for the summer.
