Local Host family is needed (short term) for a foreign exchange student. Since it can be a local issue concerning Kittery, I was asked to post this on behalf of the New England Regional Manager for the Cultural Homestay International. They have one international student coming to Kittery this winter to work at the Kittery Dunkin Donuts from Peru. They are looking for housing for her if anyone has any suggestions! She will be arriving on the 13th departing March 8th.

Sometime around June 2013, Chairman Jeff Thomson raised an issue about helping our foreign exchange students and workers who come to the Town of Kittery for temporary work. Many have not had a place to stay once they arrive. This affects Kittery and other Towns. Since then there has been more community interest regarding this issue.
