Comments received by noon on the day of the meeting will be posted online with the agenda, and may be read into the record by the Council Chair.

The Kittery Town Council and Planning Board will hold a joint public hearing on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at 6:00 PM at the Kittery Town Hall Council Chambers to consider the following:

Petition to repeal Title 16 Mixed-Use Neighborhood Zone (MU-N) and replace with a new zoning district entitled “Business Park (BP)”

Pursuant to M.R.S.A Title 30-A, Chapter 187, §4352 and Kittery Town Code §16.1.7, the Kittery Town Council and Kittery Planning Board will hold a joint Public Hearing for an amendment to Title 16 Land Use & Development Code proposed by petitioners seeking to repeal the Mixed-Use Neighborhood (MU-N) zoning district) and replace it with a new zoning district entitled “Business Park (BP)”.
