Kittery Votes today. The election will be held on November 5, 2019 from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Kittery Community Center Gymnasium located at 120 Rogers Road, Kittery, ME 03904.
Three Candidates for Town Council are on the ballot. There are two seats open and there are three candidates. Sample ballots at the bottom of this post.

The library bond question is on the ballot as well. It is to decide if five (5) Million dollars should be bonded for the new addition and upgrades to the Rice Public Library where it still stands in the Foreside.
The are other questions as well. It only takes a few minutes to vote and parking at the Kittery Community Center should be plenty. The KCC is located on Rogers Rd. See sample ballots on bottom link.
Don’t forget about the Water District Trustee Vote.
On another part of Town, certain customers of the Kittery Water District will be voting for a Kittery Water District Trustee. Everette Leland and Julia O’Connell are the Two Candidates.
You have to be in the district original defined as the Kittery Water District in order to Vote. Voting will take place at the Kittery Water District which is across from the TD Bank North building next to Fairtide on State rd.
The following described territory, and the people within the same, namely: so much of the town of Kittery in the County of York, beginning: At a point on Chauncey’s creek directly south to the base of Tenney’s hill, so called, and extending northerly to the tracks of the York Harbor and Beach Railroad; thence westerly by said railroad tracks to the west bank of Spruce Creek; thence northerly by said Spruce creek to the Post road; thence westerly by the Post road to James’ corner; thence north-westerly by the Spinney road to Spinney’s creek; thence southerly and easterly by Spinney’s creek, the Piscataqua river, Pepperell cove and Chauncey’s creek to the point of beginning, shall constitute a body politic and corporate under the name of the Kittery Water District, for the purpose of supplying the inhabitants of said District, and likewise of the remaining portion of said town of Kittery, with pure water for domestic and municipal purposes.
