KITTERY, Maine — Following a two-month closure caused by a massive sewer line failure, Carl’s Meat Market will officially reopen for business on Friday.
According to co-owner Jim Spencer, Friday will be a “soft open,” for deli and craft beer sales with the newly expanded kitchen slated to open early next week.
“The store is just beautiful, we basically rebuilt it in 60 days,” Spencer said. “It’s just been great, the employees have been in and out offering to help whenever they could and everyone is excited to reopen and get back to doing what we do.”
