KITTERY, Maine — If all goes to plan, in about a month, Michael Landgarten will no longer own Robert’s Maine Grill.

Landgarten confirmed a tip the Portsmouth Herald received that he was selling his popular seafood-centric restaurant on Rt. 1 in Kittery to New York City restaurateur Shiva Natarajan.
“It’s not sold. It’s not a done deal,” Landgarten stressed in a phone call on Wednesday afternoon. The deal, which includes the property, is tentatively scheduled about a month from now, he said.
