Engineers study added lane for Piscataqua River Bridge

Have you ever sat in traffic crossing the Interstate 95 bridge that connects New Hampshire and Maine and thought it might be possible to squeeze in another lane onto the bridge that could switch directions depending on the traffic? It may just happen. Engineers are looking at the feasibility of adding a travel lane to the high-level Piscataqua River Bridge, according to officials at the Maine Department of Transportation.
