Future of Frisbee’s Market in doubt after fire

KITTERY POINT, Maine — When Frisbee’s Market reopens — still likely a long time off — the owners who bought the business last year will not be at the helm.

The building and market were damaged in a fire July 20, and the store still sits vacant with the front windows covered with plywood as insurance companies decide who will pay for what. Inside looks much like it did soon after the fire but with signs of fire damage.

Phil Bouldry Jr. bought the business with his sister, Tracey Olson, from property owner Alphonse D’Amico in December 2015 as a retirement business.
