KITTERY, Maine — After completing the Athletic Master Plan last year, the town of Kittery is taking its first steps to implement it.
The town put out a request for proposals for design services late last month, and the firm selected will create construction documents that can be put to bid next year to upgrade Emery Field, located within Admiralty Village. Funding of the project is pending the awarding of a grant.
