Progress slows on Wood Island plan

 

KITTERY, Maine — An hour-long workshop scheduled by the Town Council to go over the Wood Island concession agreement was finished in about 10 minutes with little discussed.

The workshop was set to have the council meet with the Wood Island Life Saving Station Association and the town manager to discuss the agreement a divided council approved in January that was rejected by the National Park Service in February.
