KITTERY, Maine — Gary Beers’ goal in the next three years on the Kittery Town Council is to bring finality to some of the challenging questions that have challenged the town for years.
It’s his goal as the new chair of the council, a term that lasts for the next year, to conduct efficient and collaborative meetings, and bring a higher level of communication between the various boards and departments in town.
Beers, elected earlier this month after resigning from the board in 2012, “would like to see a successful resolution” to four main items that have been kicking around.
