1:56 a.m. – Following a motor vehicle stop on Government Street Jonathan Levesque, 37, of 47 Langdon Street, Portsmouth, NH, was arrested for operating under the influence.
5:08 a.m. – An officer checked on suspicious activity they observed on US Route One.
6:21 a.m. – A caller reported suspicious activity in the area of Martin Road and Fernald Road.
9:48 a.m. – The animal control officer responded to Cromwell Street for an animal issue.
11:50 a.m. – An individual came into the police department to report a theft that occurred on US Route One.
3:48 p.m. – Suspicious activity was investigated on Jean Street.
4:20 p.m. – An officer responded to Bicknell Street for a report of suspicious activity.

7:08 a.m. – An alarm from Williams Ave was investigated and found to be a false alarm.
12:05 p.m. – Following a motor vehicle stop on State Road Joshua P. Stevens, 61, of 43 Chauncey Creek Road, was summonsed for operating while license suspended or revoked and possession of marijuana.
1:31 p.m. – A business son US Route One reported a shoplifter.
1:57 p.m. – A motor vehicle accident occurred on US Route One.
2:48 p.m. – A motor vehicle accident involving two vehicles occurred on the US Route One Bypass.
6:02 p.m. – Following a motor vehicle stop on the US Route One Bypass Bradley A. Bartke II, 20, of 33 Bayberry Lane, Bridgton, was summonsed for possession of marijuana.
7:07 p.m. – Following a motor vehicle estop on Route 236 Heather A. Langley, 46, of 45 Eastside Road, Wrentham, MA, was arrested on a warrant as well as operating under the influence and operating vehicle without license.
Sept 20th
12:50 a.m. – Following a motor vehicle stop on State Road Justin B. Hanson, 26, of 158 Leslie Drive, Portsmouth, NH, was summonsed for operating with suspended registration and operating vehicle without a license.
8:50 a.m. – Brett C. Linn, 28, of 4 Dana Ave unit 12, was arrested on a warrant.
9:01 a.m. – An officer responded to Pocahontas Road for a noise complaint. The source of the noise was gone upon the officer’s arrival.
9:49 a.m. – Kerry Malanya Rear, 39, of 127 State Road unit 122, was arrested on a warrant and for violating condition of release.
11:23 a.m. – An officer responded to Cole Street for a family issue.
2:46 p.m. – An individual came into the police department to report criminal mischief that occurred in the area of Picott Road and Litchfield Road.
