7:14 a.m. – Officers responded to State Road for a disturbance.  Peace was restored.

9:03 a.m. – A report of an assault was investigated on Oak Ter.

10:54 a.m. – An officer assisted another agency.

10:58 a.m. – A citizen reported the negotiation of a worthless instrument.

3:00 p.m. – An issue on the I-95 Freeway was referred to another agency.

8:15 p.m. – Following a report of theft from a business on US Route One Kenneth J. Socia, 58, of 6 Cutts Road #17 was summonsed for theft of services.

Nov 13th

1:50 a.m. – Suspicious activity was investigated on Stimson Street.

9:10 a.m. – An officer checked on criminal mischief they observed in the area of Dennett Road and Old Post Road.

11:48 a.m. – Jeremy David Dziura, 27, of 52 Merritt Road, Riverside, RI was summonsed for sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

4:46 p.m. – An article was found on Wallingford Square.

7:22 p.m. – A report of a violation of a court order was investigated on Goose Point Road.

6:22 p.m. – An animal complaint was received from Hoyts Island Lane.

9:15 p.m. – A resident came into the police department to speak to an officer regarding a violation of a court order.

10:53 p.m. – An officer attempted to serve paperwork on Cole Street.

Nov 14th

12:11 a.m. – Following a motor vehicle stop on Hunter Ave Susan Marie Larouche, 30, of 5 Shapleigh Road #30 was arrested for operating under the influence.

9:56 a.m. – An alarm received from Wilson Road was investigated and determined to be a false alarm.

1:31 p.m. – An officer initiated a traffic stop on Dennett Road.

2:30 p.m. – Capri A. Fiandaca, 28, of 500 Ledgewood Drive #L3 was arrested on another agency’s warrant.

2:59 p.m. – Paperwork was served on Haley Road.

3:15 p.m. – A report of theft was investigated on Williams Ave.

3:40 p.m. – A town code violation was investigated on Litchfield Road.

5:55 p.m. – An officer checked on suspicious activity they observed on Ranger Drive.

6:34 p.m. – An alarm from a business on US Route One was found to be a false alarm.

7:19 p.m. – An alarm from Shapleigh Road was investigated and determined to be a false alarm.

12:21 a.m. – A single vehicle motor vehicle accident occurred on Williams Ave.

1:33 a.m. – An officer checked on suspicious activity they observed on US Route One.  As a result Amanda L. Roseberry, 32, of 36 Love Lane was arrested for operating under the influence.

11:00 a.m. – The animal control officer responded to Woodlawn Ave. for an animal complaint.

1:01 p.m. – A motor vehicle accident involving two vehicles occurred on Walker Street.

2:45 p.m. – An officer checked on the welfare of animals on US Route One.

7:56 a.m. – Suspicious activity was reported by a resident on Prince Ave.

8:04 p.m. – A dog was reported lost, then found on Pettigrew Road.

8:15 p.m. – Suspicious activity was investigated on Badger’s Island.

8:27 p.m. – An aggressive dog was reported on Wilson Road.

Nov 17th

4:30 a.m. – An alarm from Pepperrell Road was investigated and determined to be a false alarm.

2:05 p.m. – Paperwork was served on Rogers Road.

3:42 p.m. – An alarm from Rogers Road was determined to be a false alarm.

4:17 p.m. – Following a report of disorderly conduct Richard Dean Guilliams, 43, of 10 Moore Street was arrested for violating condition of release.

4:25 p.m. – An alarm form US Route One was found to be a false alarm.

4:56 p.m. – Following a report of a shoplifter from a business on US Route One Anthony Faccidomo, 22, of 37 Lookout Hill Road, Peterborough, NH was arrested for theft by receiving stolen property.

6:54 p.m. – A two vehicle motor vehicle accident occurred on Walker Street.

8:03 p.m. – Officers responded to the US Route One Bypass for a report of disorderly conduct.  Peace was restored.

9:07 p.m. – A report of phone harassment was received.

11:53 p.m. – An alarm from a business on US Route One was investigated and determined to be a false alarm.

Nov 18th

2:19 a.m. – Following a traffic stop on Village Green Drive Dermot J. O’Brien, 35, of 3 Dennett Road was arrested for operating under the influence 1 prior and operating while license suspended or revoked.

12:13 p.m. – An alarm from a location on Pepperrell Road was investigated and determined to be a false alarm.

3:04 p.m. – An alarm received from Pepperrell Road was found to be a false alarm.

4:10 p.m. – An officer responded to Cutts Road regarding an animal complaint.

5:52 p.m. – Paperwork was attempted to be served on Cole Street.

11:42 p.m. – A citizen came into the police department to report disorderly conduct on Manson Ave.
