Oct 1st

1:19 a.m. – Officers responded to Old Post Road for a report of disorderly conduct.  Peace was restored.

3:05 a.m. – Criminal Mischief was reported of Ledgewood Drive.

4:15 a.m. – A citizen came into the police department to report a deceased cat on Rogers Road.

6:01 a.m. – Following a 911 call from Stevenson Road Shawnie E. Murphy, 32, of 34 Stevenson Road was arrested for domestic violence assault.

9:38 a.m. – The area of the US Route One Bypass was checked for a vehicle.

12:13 p.m. – Following a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Rogers Road and Rogers Lane Randy T. Place, 50, of 17 Woodside Meadows Unit #9, York was summonsed for OAS – failure to pay fine.

5:20 p.m. – A summons was served to an individual who came into the police department.

8:03 p.m. –An officer assisted the fire department with an electrical problem on Cutts Road.

10:40 p.m. – Officers responded to Manson Ave for a report of disorderly conduct.

11:10 p.m. – Disorderly conduct was reported on Wentworth Street.

Oct 2nd

5:26 a.m. – An officer initiated a traffic stop on US Route One.

6:42 a.m. –A two vehicle motor vehicle accident occurred at the intersection of US Route One and Love Lane.

8:28 a.m. – An officer responded to Armour Drive to investigate a report of disorderly conduct.

8:37 a.m. – An alarm from a business on US Route One was investigated and found to be a false alarm.

11:47 a.m. – Suspicious activity was reported on US Route One.

2:15 p.m. – A summons was served on Sterling Road.

7:45 p.m. – Officers checked the area of US Route One for a vehicle reported to be weaving.  The vehicle was gone upon the officers’ arrival.

9:21 p.m. – The area of Priscilla Ter. Was checked for a possible drunk driver.  The officers were unable to locate the vehicle.

9:37 p.m. – An alarm from a business on US Route One was investigated and determined to be a false alarm.

Oct 3rd

10:29 a.m. – Criminal mischief was reported on Pocahontas Road.

1:57 p.m. – A two vehicle motor vehicle accident occurred on State Road.

6:16 p.m. – A resident of Bridge Street reported suspicious activity.

8:44 p.m. – A noise complaint was received from Manson Ave.

9:14 p.m. – An officer checked on suspicious activity they observed on Old Post Road.

9:25 p.m. – Suspicious activity observed by an officer on Route 236 was checked on.

9:31 p.m. – A motor vehicle accident involving a vehicle and a deer occurred at the intersection of Lewis Road and Norton Road.

9:56 p.m. – Paperwork was served on Government Street.

11:58 p.m. – An officer investigated suspicious activity they observed on the US Route One Bypass.

Oct 4th

12:23 a.m. – A loose dog was reported on Old Post Road.

2:30 a.m. – An officer checked on suspicious activity they observed on US Route One.  AS a result, Kayla Palos, 19, of 34 Ridgewood Drive was arrested.

10:20 – An attempt was made to serve a warrant on Gorges Road.

10:45 a.m. – An officer assisted another agency on Macdougal Street.

11:18 a.m. – A resident reported disorderly conduct on Cutts Road.

11:59 a.m. – A two vehicle motor vehicle accident occurred at the intersection of State Road and Walker Street.

12:09 p.m. – A resident of George Street called to report criminal mischief.

2:18 p.m. – An officer assisted another agency on Williams Ave.

3:03 p.m. – Officers responded to the US Route One Bypass for a report of disorderly conduct.

5:46 p.m. – A caller advised of a unwanted subject on the US Route One Bypass.

7:17 p.m. – Following a motor vehicle stop on Gorges Road Jacob Towne, 24, of 7 Bobcat Lane, Berwick was arrested on a warrant.

11:47 p.m. – An officer initiated a motor vehicle stop on Litchfield Road.

Oct 5th

1:19 a.m. – Following a traffic stop on the US Route One Bypass Timothy M. Zimmerman, 49, of 122 Haley Road was arrested for operating under the influence.

1:35 a.m. – A report of suspicious activity on Dana Ave was investigated and determined to be unfounded.

7:05 a.m. – The animal control officer dealt with an animal complaint and took the animal to Creature Comforts.

7:30 a.m. – An alarm received from a business on US Route One was investigated and determined to be a false alarm.

8:16 a.m. – A citizen called to report criminal mischief that occurred near the intersection of Whipple Road and Shapleigh Road.

8:25 a.m. –Criminal mischief was reported to have occurred near the intersection of Commercial Street and Pleasant Street.

8:36 a.m. – An officer dealt with criminal mischief they observed as having occurred at the intersection of Commercial Street and Water Street.

8:48 a.m. – A resident called regarding an animal complaint on Cutts Road.  The animal was gone upon the animal control officer’s arrival.

10:16 a.m. – An officer checked on a suspicious vehicle they observed on US Route One.

12:01 p.m. – The animal control officer responded to Cromwell Street for an animal complaint.  The animal was gone upon the ACO’s arrival.

3:24 p.m. – A two vehicle motor vehicle accident occurred on US Route One.

3:40 p.m. – A vehicle went off the roadway on Wilson Road.

9:38 p.m. – A report of a threatening phone call was investigated.

9:46 p.m. – Following a report of disorderly conduct near Manson Ave and Cromwell Street Stanley Nock Jr, 40, of 4 Cromwell Street was arrested for a violation of a protective order.

Oct 6th

7:08 a.m. – An alarm received from a business on US Route One was investigated and found to be a false alarm.

2:49 p.m. – A Family offense was investigated on Woodlawn Ave.

5:05 p.m. – A resident came into the police department to report suspicious activity that occurred on Old Post Road.

5:44 p.m. – Criminal mischief was investigated on Badger’s Island.

6:15 p.m. – Officers checked on suspicious activity on Goodwin Road.

7:19 p.m. – Following a traffic stop on Haley Road Austin Conte, 21, of 93 Henry Law Ave Unit #8, Dover, NH was summonsed for operating a vehicle without a license.

8:32 p.m. – A 15 year old juvenile was arrested for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

9:21 p.m. – An Alarm received from a business on Rogers Road was investigated and determined to be a false alarm.

10:16 p.m. – There was a stray dog on State Road.

Oct 7th

8:36 a.m. – An alarm from Shapleigh Road was determined to be a false alarm.

2:26 p.m. – Another agency was assisted on Dennett Road Ext.

4:36 p.m. – A hit and run accident occurred at the intersection of Whipple Road and Williams Ave.

5:22 p.m. – A citizen called to advise of suspicious activity on Kempf Street.

6:00 p.m. – An officer assisted another agency on US Route One.

6:01 p.m. – Officers checked for a vehicle.

7:19 p.m. – A suspicious suitcase was found on US Route One.

9:09 p.m. – An alarm from a business on US Route One was found to be a false alarm.

11:24 p.m. – A resident called regarding a barking dog on Prince Ave.
