KITTERY POINT, Maine — Inclement weather pushed back the start date for utilities work to begin on Bellamy Lane at Pepperrell Cove.

The work will begin Monday, March 24. It had initially been scheduled to start March 17.

The town is undertaking several projects at the same time at Pepperrell Cove, in conjunction with a federal Boating Infrastructure Grant.

Part of the work involves relocating electric, Internet and water service. As a result, Bellamy Lane will be closed for two weeks during working hours while the Kittery Department of Public Works performs the work.

There will be limited access to the road after 4 p.m.
